Role Description

GMR is looking for a motivated project management professional to join our growing team within the Enablement Office, a group focused on streamlining how we work and driving operational excellence across the agency.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project management from concept to execution.
• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with overall goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the agency to help manage project phases and deliverables.

Agency experience, along with a solid foundation in project management best practices, is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Program Leadership: Manage key workstreams within complex, multi-workstream programs, supporting planning, estimating, scoping, and execution in close partnership with internal teams and clients.
• Financial Acumen: Support budget tracking and financial reporting by monitoring estimates, flagging variances, and communicating financial check-ins or updates to collaborative partners.
• Project Management: Support projects through planning, resourcing, and execution, helping keep timelines, scopes, and budgets on track.
• Global Hospitality and Sports Program Management: Proactively identify at-risk projects, address issues, and manage end-to-end workflows and change management for global event and hospitality programs.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with project teams and cross-functional partners, helping keep work organized, on track, and aligned with goals.
• Team Development: Guide and support a team member, helping them navigate their day-to-day work while encouraging their long-term growth.
• Dynamic Mindset: A natural problem-solver who takes initiative, stays organized, and knows how to adapt when things change.

Requirements

• Experience with global event or hospitality programs preferred.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day details.
• Strong communication skills to maintain clear communication and role alignment.

Benefits

• Annual salary range: $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
