Role Description

GMR is looking for a motivated project management professional to join our growing team within the Enablement Office, a group focused on streamlining how we work and driving operational excellence across the agency.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project management from concept to execution.
• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with overall goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the agency to help manage project phases and deliverables.

• Program Leadership: Manage key workstreams within complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Financial Acumen: Support budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Project Management: Support projects through planning and execution.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with project teams and cross-functional partners.
• Dynamic Mindset: Natural problem-solver who takes initiative and adapts to change.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain clear communication, role alignment, and proactive risk awareness.
• Experience in monitoring estimates and flagging variances.
• Skills in managing day-to-day workflows and assisting with estimates and SOWs.
