We’re partnering with a mid-sized SaaS organization to find a strategic and experienced Manager of Professional Services to oversee the delivery of web-focused design solutions. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and support a team of design-focused professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer ongoing mentorship.

Project & Client Delivery
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital design projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Serve as a key client contact, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues effectively.

Capacity & Resource Optimization
- Monitor team workload and resource utilization across projects.
- Forecast needs and align resources accordingly to drive efficiency.
- Improve internal workflows to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.

Process & Operational Improvements
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements across the professional services function.
- Maintain and evolve best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the services model.
Qualifications
- Experience managing professional services teams in a digital, technology, or SaaS-based environment.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven success in client relationship management and delivering exceptional service.
- Skilled in capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
