Role Description
Implementation is a key differentiator for Quandri and a critical part of the customer journey. As the Manager of Implementation, you will play a hands-on role in leading customers through successful onboarding and implementation experiences. You’ll manage and support a small but growing team, refine our implementation process, and help drive key outcomes across customer experience, time to value, product adoption, and operational efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused, process-oriented leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and has experience executing implementation strategies in high-growth SaaS environments—ideally within AI, ML, or automation technologies.
- Design and establish scalable implementation processes from scratch
- Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing implementation team
- Build, maintain, and execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectives
- Develop, monitor, and manage key performance metrics
- Leverage a data-driven approach to building and optimizing scalable implementation strategies that drive efficiency and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Quandri to achieve organizational and company goals
- Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless transition throughout the customer journey
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation projects, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful outcomes
- Foster a culture focused on delighting customers and maximizing adoption of Quandri's solutions
Qualifications
- +5 years of professional experience leading Implementation within a technical B2B SaaS product or AI technology companies
- +3 years of people management experience
- Experience building implementation processes from the ground up
- The ability to work closely with our product team to develop implementation process and assets for new to market products
- Experience hiring and managing implementation teams
- Proven track record of success in establishing and scaling implementation processes
- A data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metrics
- Self-motivated, detail-attentive, action-driven with the ability to take initiative, execute, and follow-through
- Highly effective communicator with good people instincts - able to build trust and work well with a diverse group inside and outside the company
- Eager for a hands-on role, where you'll be asked to directly lead some implementations while we continue to grow the team
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through on initiatives big and small
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
- Have scaled an implementation function through a high growth environment between Series A - C stage companies
