Role Description

ISHPI is seeking a motivated Management Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have foundational experience with Agile methodologies and a passion for improving organizational efficiency. The analyst will support process improvement initiatives, backlog management, and provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.

• Support sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospective sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of Agile workflows across projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and progress.
• Monitor project performance metrics and contribute to status updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field

Requirements

• 1-2 years of project experience applying Agile frameworks.
• Foundational knowledge of Agile principles and project management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Security Clearance

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance.

Pay Rate

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Please note that any salary information disclosed is a general guideline only.
