[Hiring] Lead Project Scheduler @Blattner

Role Description

Serves as a subject matter expert and is responsible for all scheduling requirements both internal and external for multiple large projects.

• Supports Blattner Operations Project Management teams through creation, modification, and analysis of resource loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) project schedules and earned value related dashboards and metrics.
• Meets and exceeds Client's expectations according to contractual schedule requirements.
• Works with the project management team to update the project schedule as needed and according to Blattner procedures.
• Collaborates with the Project Manager and legal department to ensure project schedule supports contract requirements.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to project schedulers, mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; or equivalent education or relevant experience required.
• 8 or more years of experience in project scheduling or a combination of experience in construction and/or planning and scheduling.
• Must have experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Resource Loaded Schedules.
• Must have Renewable Energy Construction Experience.
• Must have the ability to travel up to 50% for first 6 - 8 months and then consistently 25 - 30% after.

Requirements

• Experience in wind energy construction highly preferred.
• Experience with Acumen Fuse.
