Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Creative Project Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple brands and a variety of scopes within a fast-paced in-house agency environment. This role will help manage a broad range of projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines are maintained, teams stay aligned, and deliverables move efficiently through the workflow.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to grow a career in project management, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day management of projects across multiple brands, teams, and deliverables.
• Help move projects from intake through execution and final delivery.
• Build and maintain timelines, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work aligned, on schedule, and moving forward.
• Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Flag risks, delays, and roadblocks early, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate project details in project management tools and shared documentation.
• Assist with meeting coordination, status notes, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Support scope, budget, and resource tracking where applicable.
• Help ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with the brief.
• Organize project files, approvals, and final assets.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and workflow clarity.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project coordination, project management, or related experience, ideally in an agency, creative, marketing, or cross-functional business environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to identify issues early and escalate appropriately.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exposure to creative, marketing, production, or integrated campaign workflows.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or workstreams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with budgeting, estimating, or resource tracking.
• Understanding of agency processes, approvals, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or a related field.
