Role Description

Ready to lead technology projects and drive meaningful business impact? Join our team as an IT Project Manager and take ownership of technology initiatives, coordinating teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Lead IT projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and project changes.
• Track progress and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Oversee technology implementations, integrations, migrations, and process improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing IT-related projects.
• Experience with technology implementations, such as infrastructure, cloud, software, or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (B2+ required; C1 preferred) and Spanish.
• Willingness to occasionally support after-hours or weekend activities during critical project phases.

Requirements

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (Nice to Have).
• ITIL v4 Foundation (Nice to Have).
• Agile or Scrum Master certification (Nice to Have).
• Experience managing projects across multiple locations or global teams (Nice to Have).

Benefits

• Location: Latin America | 100% Remote
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
• Contract: Full-Time Independent Contractor
• Compensation: US$1,750/month
• Language: Fluent English required; Spanish is also required.
