Role Description

We’re currently looking for a talented IT Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver outstanding projects.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee project quality, budget, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering effective collaboration.
• Track project scope, milestones, and deliverables while proactively managing risks.
• Maintain strong cooperation with contractors and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting cooperation with vendor.
• Team and subcontractors coordination.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken, Czech and English).
• Strong self-organized skills and ability to manage few projects independently.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Solid understanding of business requirements and IT environments.
• Technical background or engineering education is a plus.
• VMware technology is a plus.
• Polish is a plus.
