Role Description

The IT Project Coordinator is a key member supporting our IT Project Management Office, working closely with the Client businesses, developers, data scientists, analysts, and domain experts to deploy IT solutions to meet customer requirements. Your work is crucial to our global digital transformation efforts because it helps deliver high-quality solutions that create value for Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own project tasks while leveraging agile practices where possible. Interaction with cross-functional teams, collaboration, communication, and attention to detail will be critical.

• Primarily a QA / Test Lead role
• Lead and facilitate end-to-end testing activities
• Manage multiple testing initiatives simultaneously
• Work within Agile and Waterfall environments
• Ensure testing processes are SOX, audit, and compliance ready
• Report generation and test metrics reporting
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• GitLab experience is a plus
• Financial services experience is not required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical study (minimum required)
• Certification in project management methodologies is desired, but not required
• Certification in agile methodologies is desired, but not required
• A minimum of 5-10+ years working as an IT project team member; Quality Analyst experience preferred

Benefits

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST
• Some flexibility may be required for collaboration with global teams
• Open to all US locations; must be willing to support the EST time zone
