Role Description

We need a senior Information Technology project manager to lead cross-functional, global teams in achieving positive outcomes that allow Conduent to deliver world class solutions for our clients. You will plan, organize, direct, control and deliver complex projects and/or programs prioritized in alignment with client expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts. You will be a member of a premier technology Project Management Office (PMO) that is dedicated to the success of the client, aligned with project management best practices, and committed to continuous improvement for the team as well as for the individual. • Build and lead cross-functional teams
• Consistently deliver projects on time and on budget
• Communicate project scope, goals and responsibilities to project teams
• Establish clear stakeholder expectations
• Solving complex problems that require critical thinking
• Adhere to stringent reporting requirements
• Monitor performance in project and program control activities
• Identify project risks and develop solid mitigation plans
• Communicate effectively and is accustomed to engaging with senior business and technology leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of IT project and/or program management experience
• Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies
• Stakeholder management
• Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI)

Requirements

• PMP Certification
• Experience working in a contact center environment
