[Hiring] IT Integrations Manager @Ferrellgas

Role Description

At Ferrellgas our corporate roles are fully remote, enabling talented professionals to support our field operations from wherever they are. These positions play a critical role in driving business growth, providing strategic and operational support that empowers our teams in the field to deliver exceptional results. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Ferrellgas operational integration processes, developing strategic procedures to increase the efficiency and productivity of the data streams, as well as evaluating the optimal performance of systems to support daily business functions.

• This management position will work closely with project teams to oversee and approve the work of both direct reports and other team members who are developing integrations.
• This position will be the application owner for integration tools such as Boomi and AWS SQS/SNS, Control M, setting and enforcing company standards while also helping to set and meet yearly budget and enhancement goals.
• The Manager of IT Integrations is the application owner of message-oriented middleware such as IBM MQ.
• The Manager IT Integrations must have excellent technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience in full stack of Middleware Integration Tool (Boomi) Java, Caching, SQL, REST/SOAP API, API Management Tool, JavaScript, Micro Services, JSON.
• 3+ years of current and hands-on experience with integration platforms.
• Project management and excellent communication skills, including the ability to write project plans and reports.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and design robust, scalable integration solutions.
• Advanced competency in object-oriented design, data structures, integration design patterns, and complexity analysis.
• Experience with the entire integration development lifecycle from Design and Build to Governance, Management and Compliance.
• Ability to communicate in both technical and business environments.
• Ability to plan, execute, and measure high-impact projects.
• 1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting colleagues, peers, and/or direct reports.
• Critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
