Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager with a strong foundation in finance and operations to support a company build-out initiative. This role will focus on leading integration efforts for acquired entities while also managing the end-to-end setup of new legal entities across multiple countries. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Lead integration efforts for acquired entities across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution for new legal entity creation in various global markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external experts to drive successful project outcomes.
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies related to global entity setup.
• Provide clear, consistent updates and reporting to stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong background in finance with the ability to understand and apply financial concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within integration or global expansion initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to navigate complex, cross-border operational environments.
