[Hiring] Integration Program Manager @Recutify

Role Description

The individual covering this role is responsible for end-to-end program management and execution oversight for Project Sol, ensuring delivery against TSA exit and integration milestones while maintaining business continuity.

• Program Governance and Execution: Overall Project Management and reporting and managing workstreams to deliver on TSA exit timeline.
• Workstream Coordination & Application Migration:
  • Maintain and govern the master application migration tracker.
  • Assign and manage workstream leads.
  • Validate priorities, migration timing, ownership, and dependencies across ~300 applications.
  • Ensure discovery and knowledge transfer are completed on time.
• Cross-Functional Integration & Discovery Leadership: Leading End-to-end Process mapping workshops/walk the wall sessions.
• TSA Transition Execution: Leading the End-to-end transition of the TSA.

Qualifications

• Over IT Experience of 20+ years.
