Position: Infrastructure PM with focus on Trader Voice system Experience

Location: Remote Position with occasional travel (travel expenses covered by the client), preferred resources in EST or CST Zones.

Duration: 12 Months with Possible Extension

• Trader Voice system Experience, bonus if bilingual with Spanish.
• Voice Services experience (recording, configuration).
• Moving from one set of infrastructure technologies to other technologies.
• Keywords: Trader Voice/Turret/Dealer board/voice Recording.
• Experience with Verint and BT systems; Verint not a must but nice to have.

Job Description:

• Work with call centers, provisioning/maintaining server plans for call centers, and more.
• Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies is expected.
• Previous banking experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, and Finance.
• Work closely with Portfolio Manager, Global ITID PPM Practice team, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and group strategy, values, and behavior.
• Provide board level overview of progress, lead and direct multidisciplinary teams across all global businesses, global functions, and regions.
• Lead end-to-end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project, including definition, planning, execution & implementation, governance & control, financial, resource, and change management.
• Provide financial analysis, contextualizing financial data into business activities and conclusions.
• Ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures at project/program level, as set and communicated by Client, regulators, and ITID PPM Practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with Trader Voice systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish (bonus).
• Experience with voice services (recording, configuration).
• Familiarity with Verint and BT systems (preferred).
• Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to provide financial analysis and contextualize data.
