[Hiring] Implementation Specialist @GovPilot

Role Description

• Design and lead executive and department-head-level training sessions focused on change management and platform adoption strategy.
• Monitor project health across a portfolio of complex implementations, proactively managing scope, risks, and dependencies with minimal oversight.
• Own the post-launch transition process in partnership with Customer Success, ensuring clients are positioned for long-term platform health and high adoption before handoff.
• Partner with Sales during the pre-sales process to assess implementation feasibility, contribute to scoping conversations, and support RFP responses for prospective clients.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide formal feedback on feature gaps discovered during complex deployments.
• Drive the creation of industry-specific best practice playbooks for the Professional Services department.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives that elevate delivery standards and scalability across the Professional Services department.
