Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage client onboarding and integration projects. This role requires a deep understanding of EDI files requested from clients and experience working with healthcare and revenue cycle vendors. - Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions with client systems.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partner resources, and client liaisons to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Maintain detailed project documentation within the NS system and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Identify potential implementation risks and troubleshoot to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Communicate project status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Provide mentorship to supporting staff and contribute to best practices in project management.
- Innate ability to kick start tasks, assign deliverables, ensure execution of the team’s deliverables.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare and revenue cycle vendor environments is required.
- Working knowledge of EDI files and data exchanges within client systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Competence in Google Suite, MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Strong oral and written skills with a focus on customer service.
- High level of accuracy and the ability to document projects meticulously.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and implement logical solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team setting.
- Must be open to travel as required, possibly for extended durations.
