[Hiring] Implementation Manager @Atomic Fi

Role Description

As an Implementation Manager, you will own the success of the customer journey from the closure of the sales process to launch.

The primary objective of this role is to provide the oversight and project management required to ensure a successful, on-time launch that meets the objectives and goals of the Financial Institution’s Implementation and Launch.

• Manage multiple, concurrent implementations varying in duration and complexity.
• Drive customer teams and internal teams to timely completion with a managed project scope.
• Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans, and communicate status to clients, project sponsors, and managers.
• Consult with clients about best practices, user experience, workflows, and other feedback.
• Connect the dots between teams and resources from identified problems.
• Anticipate, mitigate, and communicate project risks and solutions in a timely and clear manner.
• Understand the client and their product scope from an end-user perspective.
• Be curious about your customers from a business and strategic perspective.
• Develop custom documentation for your clients to provide an exclusive white glove experience.
• Facilitate all client calls associated with implementation and assemble proper attendees based on client needs.
• Be an advocate for your client across the organization.
• Take on ad hoc projects internally to keep Atomic’s internal processes organized, on time, and accurate.

Qualifications

• Background in professional services, project management, and technical products.
• Experience managing end-to-end technical implementations.
• Experience with managing stakeholders across various levels and functions.
• Clear communication skills, organizational skills, and a self-starter mentality.
• Able to grasp, understand, and contribute to technical discussions.
• Team collaboration and clear information relay.
• Understanding of data analytics and ability to communicate outcomes.
• Natural ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred.
• Experience working in Financial Technology.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
