Role Description

Ready To Be The Engine That Gets New Clients Live — On Time, Every Time?

Every new client that joins Personify Health is counting on a seamless implementation — and this role is what makes that happen. As an Associate Project Manager on the Implementation team, you'll keep the internal machinery running:

• Support the full implementation lifecycle:
• Work alongside the Implementation Project Manager on all internal aspects of new group implementations, from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and own project plans:
• Create a detailed project plan for each new piece of business, coordinating with internal departments to set accurate, realistic deadlines across the board.
• Drive deadline accountability:
• Track outstanding deliverables across cross-functional teams, follow up on missed milestones, and escalate to leadership when timelines are at risk.
• Facilitate internal implementation meetings:
• Lead internal meetings to surface blockers, align stakeholders, and drive solutions to business problems before they impact the client experience.
• Identify and manage risk:
• Proactively flag deliverables at risk, raise awareness with the right people, and develop action plans to keep implementations on track.
• Audit new client system setups:
• Review and audit the configuration of new client accounts across internal systems to ensure accuracy before go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows

Compensation

This position offers a base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
