Role Description

This is a remote position.

We have a remote opportunity for a HubSpot CRM Project Lead to join a UK-based company, leading the delivery of HubSpot projects from planning and configuration through to testing, implementation, and client handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, configuring HubSpot solutions, overseeing data migration activities, coordinating integrations, and building strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of multiple concurrent HubSpot CRM projects, managing timelines, priorities, project milestones, and risks.
• Configure and optimise HubSpot CRM, including custom objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, lists, segmentation, forms, email templates, and dashboards.
• Lead data migration projects, including data cleansing, deduplication, mapping, importing, exporting, and validation activities.
• Scope integration requirements and coordinate development work with technical stakeholders.
• Manage automation and integration projects using tools such as Make, Zapier, and API-based solutions.
• Produce project documentation, process maps, solution designs, requirements specifications, and implementation plans.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, identify issues, and manage resolution processes.
• Build dashboards, reports, and project status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Ensure all CRM solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with client objectives.
