Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, coaching them on their role in leading and sustaining change.
  • Partner with initiative and portfolio leaders to assess organizational readiness, risk, and adoption across multiple initiatives.

  • Assess cumulative change impacts across initiatives to identify risks related to timing, sequencing, and organizational capacity.
  • Design and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data—including readiness assessments/surveys, feedback, and adoption metrics—to inform change strategy, mitigate risk, and support leadership decision making.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leaders to support prioritization, decision making, and course correction.
  • Lead change efforts in a complex, matrixed environment—partnering across functions without direct authority.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Influence outcomes through strong listening skills, facilitation, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of enterprise change management standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Support the continued growth and maturity of the Transformation Office and its change management capability.
  • Model a people-centered, data-informed approach to change across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience leading change management efforts for large-scale, complex transformations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing end-to-end change strategies that drive adoption and sustained behavior change.
  • Strong consulting skills, including the ability to assess needs, influence stakeholders, and deliver practical solutions.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
