Role Description

ECS is seeking a Health Project Manager who is experienced in program and project management to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in executing multiple concurrent transformation initiatives. The Management Consultant will provide services to VHA clients including:

• Strategic planning
• Program evaluation
• Business process improvement
• Implementation and operations support (i.e., studies, data management, performance measurement, training development, research, and policy)

The successful candidate is independent but works well in a team environment and possesses:

• High attention to detail
• Critical thinking and creativity in developing work products
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Power Apps, and Visio

The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Minimum of six years' full-time professional experience
• Ability to develop a basic subject-matter understanding
• Ability to use Jira to plan and manage the work

Requirements

• Federal consulting and/or health care consulting experience
• Healthcare management consulting experience
• VHA experience
• Ability to organize and coordinate complex projects
• Must be able to work effectively and maintain high quality output in a fast environment with shifting priorities

Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
