Role Description

ECS is seeking a Senior General Management Consultant who is experienced in program and project management to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in executing multiple concurrent transformation initiatives.

• Provide services to VHA clients including strategic planning, program evaluation, business process improvement, and implementation and operations support (i.e., studies, data management, performance measurement, training development, research, and policy).
• Work independently but also in a team environment.
• Apply critical thinking and creativity to developing work products.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Power Apps, and Visio.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Minimum of six years' full-time professional experience
• Ability to develop a basic subject-matter understanding
• Ability to use Jira to plan and manage the work
• ServiceNow experience
• Must be able to work effectively and maintain high quality output in a fast environment with shifting priorities
