[Hiring] Growth Operations Manager @Movement Strategy

Role Description

This role involves managing the operational infrastructure needed to support Growth at scale.

• Ensure opportunities move cleanly through the pipeline
• Align internal teams and prepare for handoffs from Growth into Client Services
• Focus on operational ownership rather than traditional sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, client operations, delivery operations, or agency production/PM
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams and keeping stakeholders aligned
• Strong operational ownership with clarity and structure in ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort partnering with senior leaders and supporting decision-making
• Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information
• High attention to detail and organization

Requirements

• Experience working in or alongside new business / growth / business development functions at an agency
• Familiarity with pipeline tracking / CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Greenhouse CRM-type workflows)
• Experience improving internal processes (templates, handoff checklists, operating cadences, dashboards)
• Prior experience working closely with Client Services leadership
