Role Description

As an experienced Project Manager in our Global Professional Services team, you will support our Professional Services and Delivery teams by:

• Managing customer relationships
• Scoping billable projects
• Developing clear, impactful statements of work

This role requires an adaptable leader who can manage a diverse project portfolio, including:

• Structured, complex enterprise software deployments (e.g., Time & Attendance, Payroll, Finance)
• Higher-velocity, smaller application rollouts

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing the adoption of internal AI and automation tools
• Traveling domestically (up to 25%) for critical meetings
• Establishing and maintaining complex relationships with international stakeholders
• Defining or analyzing project scopes and impacts
• Developing granular project plans
• Tracking progress of concurrent workstreams
• Delivering documented project progress updates
• Identifying and resolving emerging risks
• Utilizing appropriate project management systems and maintaining documentation
• Closing projects for revenue recognition

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, ideally managing global IT (software) and SaaS deployments
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools
• Proven experience working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
• Documented success in delivering complex projects on budget and on time
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in commercial decision-making and managing project profitability
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust
• High proficiency with modern project management tools and collaboration platforms
