Role Description
We are recruiting a high skilled Project Manager who can lead Implementation projects effectively and ensure the delivery of results within established timelines and budgets, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Roll out Issuing products considering BIN Certification and Tokenization
- Analyze the requirements of internal and external clients, set priorities, and make adjustments to meet the team’s objectives focusing on providing the best customer experience
- Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and capacities using traditional and agile methodologies
- Build strong relationships between teams and key stakeholders to enable effective dialogue and teamwork across different areas
- Responsible for coaching, training, and supervising team members
- Responsible for measuring and improving the OKRs of the department
- Ensure and maintain a high level of goal achievement and operational excellence
- Focus on continuous improvement and process enhancements to increase the performance level of the area
- Responsible for presenting result reports to senior management periodically and on demand
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the E-Money and Fintech services industry
- Experience in Issuing projects, BIN Certification, and Tokenization Project Management
- Mastercard and VISA product launching (Debit, prepaid, and Credit)
- Strong skills in products management
- Product implementation with card manufacturers and card delivery
- Fluent in English
- PMP certification or any agile methodology (Desirable)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Visa/Master Card rules and regulations for BIN compliance is a plus
- Process improvement orientation and incorporation of technological tools
- Leadership and coaching to achieve team objectives
- Strong customer satisfaction focus, always keeping in mind that the customer comes first
- Strong communication skills with clients, both oral and written
