Role Description

At PSBLTY, we believe exceptional partnerships don’t happen by accident. The Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) serves as the operational leader behind PSBLTY’s enterprise partnerships, helping some of the largest organizations in financial services translate strategic priorities into measurable advisor outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Product and partnering closely with Executive Leadership, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of our enterprise relationships while serving as the connective tissue between our client partners and every team inside PSBLTY. Your responsibility isn’t simply to manage programs; your responsibility is to help enterprises grow.

Success in this role requires equal parts relationship builder, program manager, operator, strategist, and communicator. You’ll become deeply embedded inside our partners’ organizations, understanding their people, priorities, politics, procurement processes, strategic initiatives, and measures of success.
