Role Description
As our business grows, we need a skilled Engineering Manager to guide teams in delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. You’ll work on various software development and automation projects within the networking and data center infrastructure domain, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.
- Discuss technical and business requirements with clients
- Facilitate (or actively participate in) architectural discussions
- Ensure the team has everything needed for efficient delivery
- Shape the team based on your leadership style, project needs, and company culture
- Track project progress and proactively address any risks
- Make decisions jointly with clients and technical leads
- Participate in company processes (hiring, onboarding, career development, etc.)
- Occasionally visit customers on-site (up to twice a year)
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Manager, or similar role — ideally in Computer Networks on DC/telecom infrastructure domains
- Hands-on experience in a technical field (you won’t be coding, but you need to understand what’s under the hood)
- Solid understanding of Server/Networking infrastructure, Clouds, CI/CD, and Linux
- Familiarity with computer network concepts
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks (QA, deployments)
- Proven ability to manage teams: guiding career growth, conducting performance reviews, resolving conflicts, and facilitating meetings
- Strong English communication skills (C1+ level)

- Experience working in an outsourcing company
- Experience with implementation/integration projects
