• You’re the Client Champion: You’ll be the go-to person for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. By understanding their goals and challenges, you’ll build trust and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• You navigate complex projects with ease: From kickoff to delivery, you’ll oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction are all on track. Your ability to manage multiple priorities will keep projects running smoothly.

• You drive Salesforce adoption: You’ll simplify complex Salesforce solutions, making them intuitive and valuable for clients. By facilitating discussions and user training sessions, you’ll help clients maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.
• You cultivate future opportunities: With a keen eye for growth, you’ll identify opportunities to expand client engagements and develop strategies to enhance long-term partnerships. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in driving continued success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects, with a strong focus on client engagement
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on involvement in implementations
• Skilled in Project Management and People Management
• Proven track record in managing diverse client portfolios and leading high-performing teams
• Excel at facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and presenting solutions clearly and persuasively

Requirements

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems
• Exposure to Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ
