[Hiring] Dynamics 365 Project Manager @sa.global

Role Description

We have exciting projects coming in fast and are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Malaysia.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation.
• Owning and outlining the project budget and tracking costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, to quality, scope, and budget.
• Develop projects scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are feasible and achievable.
• Responsible for resource planning and allocation; delegate tasks based on resources strengths, skill sets, and experience.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Lead project planning sessions with regular meetings.
• Track and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Regularly meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.
• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders; serve as primary contact for client inquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Adhere to internal governance and project methodologies.
• Manage project change and ensure change requests are approved by clients before work commences.
• Prompt internal escalation and briefing of upcoming issues.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the sa.global implementation methodology.
• Ensure all project resources maintain high level performance and are accountable for resource utilisation of the project team.
• Design risk mitigation plans.
• Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing ERP projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Strong understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in working with Agile Methodology.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and oral.
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and as part of a global team.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment.
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Ability to think clearly and calmly under pressure.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferable.
• Project management certification (PMP and/or PRINCE II) is highly desirable.

Travel

• Some travel may be required; country and overseas travel expected.
