[Hiring] Director, Program Delivery @Parkinson Canada

Role Description

Reporting to the VP, Mission, we are hiring a Director, Program Delivery on a 6-month contract. As the new Director, Program Delivery, you will lead the execution and evolution of Parkinson Canada’s national programs, bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to how services are delivered. This is a critical role in scaling our reach from approximately 5,000 people today to 50,000 in the coming years.

This is an existing remote vacancy with occasional travel as needed for in-person meetings.

• You thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments.
• You are a clear, pragmatic communicator who brings people along.
• You may come from healthcare, education, social impact, or another sector entirely.

Compensation

For this role, the salary is between $110,000 - $130,000 per annum. Our salary ranges reflect progression from learning in the role to excelling, with each offer based on skills, experience, and role complexity.
