Role Description

This role involves leading digital delivery for a platform that helps over 15 million people book appointments every year.

• Steer the delivery of the global appointment booking journey
• Ensure the journey is seamless, secure, and always improving
• Work with passionate product owners, engineers, and business teams
• Turn ideas into reality by launching new features and optimizing performance
• Ensure platforms are robust and reliable for millions of users
• Use Agile and Lean methodologies to drive high-quality outcomes
• Balance technical detail with business priorities
• Get hands-on with delivery plans, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain an overview of how the technology stack delivers value

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
• Strong background in digital delivery and project management
• Ability to collaborate and solve complex problems

Requirements

• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Familiarity with SaaS services like Yext and Cloudflare
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and APIs
