Role Description

As a Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager – AI Enabled Service Delivery at Capgemini, you will lead the successful delivery of application support, maintenance, enhancement, and transformation services for strategic clients. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, onsite teams, and global delivery organizations, ensuring operational excellence, predictable outcomes, and exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will champion AI-driven service delivery, leveraging automation, GenAI, and intelligent workflows to optimize operations, improve productivity, and accelerate business value while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Lead global delivery teams responsible for business-critical application support, enhancement services, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence through effective management of KPIs, SLAs, governance processes, risk mitigation, and service performance metrics.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align delivery priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful business outcomes.
• Shape and execute AI-enabled service delivery strategies using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and workflow optimization solutions.
• Drive continuous service improvement through trend analysis, root cause management, proactive monitoring, and automation opportunities.
• Lead modernization and innovation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor high-performing teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Influence strategic decisions related to delivery governance, operational transformation, and future technology roadmaps.
