[Hiring] Delivery Lead @SecuritEase Group

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our global technology team, helping deliver complex trading software solutions and supporting the ongoing transformation of our platform towards a modern microservices architecture.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of delivery across multiple initiatives, bringing together cross-functional teams to keep work moving, manage competing priorities and ensure we deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

• Own delivery from planning through to implementation and go-live.
• Develop and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Business Analysis, Engineering, DevOps, and DevSec Ops.
• Lead planning, prioritisation, progress reviews and other Agile delivery activities.
• Partner with Product roles to manage priorities, backlogs and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate release planning and execution, aligning product roadmaps with client requirements.
• Remove delivery blockers and build accountability and effective ways of working across teams.
• Track delivery performance and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in how teams plan, collaborate and deliver.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project, programme or delivery management within a technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Confidence managing risks, dependencies, competing priorities and tight delivery timelines.
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with delivery tools such as Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) or similar.
• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or Agile, PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
