[Hiring] Customer Program Management Consultant @Celestica International LP

Role Description

We are seeking an execution-focused Customer Program Management Consultant to support our JDM contract programs. In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between Celestica’s engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams and our external enterprise clients. You will oversee the contract lifecycle, establish robust program governance, manage approval workflows, and serve as a key advocate for customer satisfaction. This position requires advanced expertise in applying cross-functional solutions to complex project challenges.

• Manage programs to achieve planned revenue & profits for large & complex customer accounts.
• Support account planning, strategy development & sales.
• Work with sales, business development, finance & customers to understand customer needs & develop proposals.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure timely product deliveries and project milestones.
• Manage complex projects, including MRP volumes, new product development support, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Establish integrated project plans and host regular program tracking meetings.
• Leverage database management and analytical skills for performance reporting.
• Participate in contract negotiations and help develop long-term agreements.
• Support account planning and strategy development for proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ensure all programs meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Coordinate & host regular program tracking meetings with customers & internal teams.
• Develop plans to meet commitments & schedules for internal alignment on contract negotiations.
• Participate in the pricing/bid preparation process & contract development & management.
• Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Solicit performance feedback & communicate information to internal teams.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and advanced expertise of the manufacturing process, schedules, and SCM.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure planning, including pricing, contracts, and negotiations.
• Excellent presentation, database management, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production.

Requirements

• Ten plus years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.

Benefits

• A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to the salary range.
• Salary range: $123k - $170k.
