Role Description

We’re looking for a Content Creation Project Manager for a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for serious diseases. If you are organized, communicative, and experienced with Jira and Smartsheet, keep reading!

• Support the Content Studio Lead in coordinating Medical Affairs content creation projects and related activities
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and task trackers
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, action items, and deliverables across stakeholders, content creators, designers, and external partners
• Document business requirements, project scope, decisions, risks, and key project updates
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress, milestones, dependencies, and issues to stakeholders
• Track content requests through the full lifecycle: intake, review, approval, production, and delivery
• Coordinate review cycles, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and make sure revisions reach the right teams
• Work closely with offshore teams in India on day-to-day activities, task assignments, timelines, and communications
• Support AI-enabled content platform projects by documenting requirements, tracking deliverables, coordinating testing, and supporting implementation
• Maintain project documentation, processes, templates, and trackers to improve visibility and consistency across content initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of content creation, review, approval, and publication workflows
• Experience documenting business requirements and project updates

Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or Medical Affairs environments
• Familiarity with creative asset development and experience working with designers, content creators, or creative agencies
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams, especially India-based teams
• Experience supporting technology or platform enhancement projects
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar
• Experience with AI-enabled content creation platforms, digital asset management systems, or content management tools
