Role Description

The Manager, Continuous Improvement & Analytics is responsible for leading and executing strategic improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence, business process optimization, productivity, and value realization across AgriBusiness. This position serves as a catalyst for change, applying project management disciplines, continuous improvement methodologies, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

• Develop project plans, facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage resources and risks, support value realization tracking, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Work closely with the Analytics team to define requirements, develop measurement frameworks, establish KPIs, and ensure projects are supported by accurate data and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, functions, and business priorities.

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and change management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Ability to develop business cases, quantify value, and support data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting process transformation, technology implementations, and digital enablement initiatives.
