Role Description

Sopra Steria Bulgaria continues to grow its team and is, therefore, looking for:

• Consultant - Project Management Office

You will provide remote project management office support to our project managers working at our customers in Germany. This includes:

• Assisting with project administration
• Performance measurements and analysis
• Maintaining tools and templates
• Creating project status reports
• Contributing ideas to improve our project management services

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (B2 level)
• Bachelor's degree or current university student
• Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Service Now)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Quick learner and strong analytical skills
• Minimum 1 year of project management office (PMO) experience
• Experience in reporting and documentation
• Interest in business and technology
• Engaging personality and professional communication
