[Hiring] Clinical User Experience Analyst @US Tech Solutions

Role Description

Client is seeking a Clinical User Experience Analyst with a strong Project Management background to support the Clinical Information System (CIS) Consolidation Project. The role sits at the intersection of clinical user experience, IT Service Management (ITIL), Service Desk optimization, and formal project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clinicians and clinical end users across various settings to gather user-experience, workflow, and service requirements.
• Lead Service Desk current-state assessments and redesign intake, triage, escalation, and resolution processes.
• Design ITIL-aligned target-state processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Define SLAs/OLAs and develop self-service and knowledge-base content.
• Manage improvement initiatives using project charters, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration between clinicians, CIS vendors, internal IT/Service Desk teams, and project leadership.
• Conduct requirements analysis, gap analysis, workshops, usability research, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
• Build, validate, and test clinical content within the CIS.
