[Hiring] Client Implementation Specialist @Twoconnect

Role Description

Our client, a growing software provider in the healthcare technology space, is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to manage client onboarding and implementation projects. This role involves:

• Managing client onboarding and implementation projects using Zoho Projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinating and executing software implementations for new customers, legacy migrations, and add-on module installations, specifically in a dental practice software context.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Support, Development, Product, and Sales) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Configuring and testing software according to client workflows and requirements.
• Performing data and image migrations, including database split and merge activities for legacy transitions.
• Identifying and resolving technical or data-related issues throughout the implementation process.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation, project records, and client communication.
• Providing training and onboarding support to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
• Contributing to ongoing process improvements to enhance implementation quality and efficiency.
• Other role specific duties as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or IT project coordination/support.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound technical aptitude and comfort working within Windows-based environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following structured processes.
• Experience managing client onboarding or migration projects in a SaaS environment is a plus.
• Experience working with dental practice management software or other healthcare systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools is advantageous.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
