Role Description

Strada’s Change Management practice supports clients globally to maximize the value of their investments in transformation programs, particularly cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials-enabling technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand.

With particular emphasis on digital transformation, the team’s consultants rely on user-centric, data-driven techniques to ensure that our clients are able to introduce and sustain new ways of working. As part of our Change Management practice, you will work to enable our clients’ success—aligned leaders, consultative HR and Finance operations, and more engaged employees—through daily use of digital technologies.

The Change Management Director is a member of the practice’s leadership team supporting the practice and its consultants, driving business development and continuous improvement of our offerings and tools. In addition, this role leads the overall management and execution of client projects. Within the practice, depending on the candidate’s skillset and team needs, the role may have formal people leader responsibility, with direct reports.

• Lead projects that provide consultation in Change Management, Communication, Training, & HR and Financial Transformation.
• Lead multiple Change Management teams concurrently within a matrixed environment to successfully deliver services to clients.
• Drive business development, leading needs analysis and solution design for client engagements.
• Identify and pursue additional change management revenue opportunities during active engagements.
• Develop and deliver integrated solutions that adhere to Strada’s Organizational Change Management methodology.
• Collaborate with functional consultants/domain experts to develop client-specific solutions.
• Provide support and oversight to change management consultants while leading the overall change management strategy and plan.
• Develop relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.
• Manage effective partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver change management advice at all levels of a client organization.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Support development of new services and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive team career development and performance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Change or relevant field of study; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive project management experience, including accountability for a team budget and achieving clearly defined project outcomes.
• Knowledge of business development/sales process and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple formats.
• Ability to communicate complex cultural, behavioral, role and/or process changes clearly and succinctly.
• Effective leadership of teams and supporting others through professional development.
• Deep expertise in providing change management consulting to large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles and techniques.
• Strong skills in MS Office applications.
• Preferred: Certifications such as PMI, Prosci, SHRM, ASTD, etc.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant work experience related to change management and/or business transformation.
• Minimum of 5 years of complex project management and client management experience.
• Hands-on Change Management, Communications and Training development experience.
• Full end-to-end experience in digital transformation implementation.
• Experience leading projects and teams as part of an external consulting team.
• Preferred: Experience supporting deployments of cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials-enabling technologies.
• Formal people manager experience with direct reports.
• Demonstrated experience in consulting practice leadership, operations.
