[Hiring] Associate Project Manager II @Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Role Description

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned enhancement projects ensuring goals, objectives and outcomes are aligned with Ryder strategy, commitment, and budget. Plans and evaluates all of the enhancement projects' activities.

• Manage portfolio with multiple enhancement projects at a time.
• Constantly maintains pipeline and appraises functional team of upcoming projects.
• Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of assigned enhancement projects.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Define project tasks, resource requirements, and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Forecast requirements and prepare budgets.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Manage project budget, schedules, and timelines.
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project stakeholders.
• Manage project performance, minimize project risks, and establish and maintain good relationships with all project members and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and assess project results.

Qualifications

• U.S. Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, information technology, or similar field, or additional four (4) years of required experience.
• Three (3) years or more experience in project management.
