[Hiring] Associate Project Manager @Hireframe

Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will be working with the leading all-in-one market research cloud platform, based in the United States. You will primarily work with our Customer Experience and Research Excellence teams to coordinate scheduling and screening for Focus Groups and In-Depth Interviews, as well as managing the assignment and timeline of research projects to our offshore team. You will work closely with the Research Operations Director and other team members.

This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination, implementation, and completion of the research projects while remaining aligned with the strategy and objectives of the company.
• Report directly to the Director of Research Operations to support the execution and delivery of all research projects.
• Allocate project resources and monitor the progress, ensuring projects are well-positioned and flowing through the organization’s work streams.
• Conduct screening and arrange the schedule for individuals participating in either focus group discussions or in-depth interviews.
• Coordinate with the customer experience and research excellence teams to gather feedback and share the list of participants who completed the sessions.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the Director.
• Manage the PO process, generating POs for ad-hoc projects, working with the customer experience team to ensure target margin is achieved.
• Test surveys for quality, compliance, and best practices.
• Ensure all project components are executed within scope and timeline.

Qualifications

• Project management experience.
• Technical understanding of programming and experience in using survey platforms - preferably Alchemer or Qualtrics. (Nice to have)
• Market research background and knowledge of research techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
