Role Description

As an Agile Project Manager, you will support the coordination and delivery of multiple Agile teams in a fast-growing product-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Maintaining project visibility through documentation and board management
• Ensuring smooth collaboration between Product Owners, Engineering, and QA teams
• Improving team efficiency
• Maintaining structured workflows
• Enabling successful product delivery across multiple parallel initiatives

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role within software development environments
• Extensive experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum ceremonies and team facilitation
• Strong knowledge of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking
• Experience with Agile project management tools including Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining organization and delivery focus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage parallel workflows and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones
• Ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-paced environments
• Strong servant-leadership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Advanced English level
