[Hiring] Acumatica Implementation Manager @Accordant

Role Description

The Acumatica Implementation Manager (IM) plays a key leadership role within Accordant Managed Services (AMS), providing both people leadership and project governance to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation delivery. This role is accountable for the health of assigned projects, the development and effectiveness of Implementation Leads (ILs) and Implementation Specialists (ISs), and the overall client experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The IM operates as both a strategic overseer and hands-on partner:

• Proactively identifying risks
• Validating scope alignment
• Ensuring appropriate resource allocation
• Reinforcing adherence to Accordant implementation standards

Through disciplined oversight in Certinia and close partnership with ILs, the IM ensures projects remain on track across timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Additionally, the IM strengthens team capability within AMS through:

• Coaching
• Onboarding support
• Performance management

Success in this role requires sound judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to balance client needs, team capacity, and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and leadership roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Certinia
