• Partner closely with executive leadership to develop and champion the company’s Business Strategy.
• Engage with clients and industry players to identify emerging needs and translate them into actionable opportunities.
• Coordinate cost-benefit analysis and evaluate new product offerings for scalability and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with Technology and Risk partners to implement AI solutions that enhance growth.
• Deliver executive-level presentations to communicate strategic initiatives and business goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation and development within the organization.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and assess potential tools for organizational benefit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Financial Services and/or Capital Markets; Mortgage industry experience highly desired.
• Proficient understanding of mortgage securitization processes.
• Demonstrated experience in Business and Product Development or Strategy Execution.
• Experience leveraging AI for product innovation.
• 10+ years of experience in People Management.
• Strong relationship-building skills with industry participants.
