Role Description
As the Software Product Lead – UKG, you are the techno‑functional subject matter expert and owner of all things UKG across the company. You lead the ongoing implementation, support, and enhancement of the enterprise‑wide UKG Pro WFM platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and the company’s governance model. You are systems‑oriented and customer‑focused, translating business requirements into scalable, compliant configuration solutions. You lead the design and optimization of UKG Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance, and you champion best practices to drive an exceptional user experience and strong digital adoption. You build and maintain trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Audit, as well as external vendors and third‑party partners. In addition, you coach and develop other UKG team members, growing their expertise and ensuring the team consistently delivers best‑in‑class service and support to the business.
What You’ll Be Doing

Systems Management (50%):

Own and lead the company’s global UKG Pro WFM platform.

Lead UKG‑related projects and partner with cross‑functional team members.

Develop and maintain best practices, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities include configuration and administration of UKG Pro WFM modules.

Plan and execute UKG annual tasks and bi‑annual release updates.

Support (35%):
-
Own and manage the backlog of UKG enhancement requests.
-
Partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT for system stability and configuration accuracy.

Collaborate with team members to respond to inquiries from internal customers.

Ensure all enhancements and configuration changes are delivered in accordance with governance.

Develop and maintain user documentation and learning materials.
-
Consult (15%):
-
Serve as an internal consultant and SME for UKG Pro WFM.

Identify, document, and implement business rules and system configuration changes.

Develop a strong understanding of business challenges and requirements.

Mentor and develop other team members to act as effective consultants.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

4+ years of progressive experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).

3+ years of hands‑on experience with UKG Pro WFM.

Strong proficiency in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, and Attendance.

Dell Boomi certification is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and efficiently resolve customer and stakeholder issues.

$98,900 – $219,300 / year.
