• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act in product design
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
• Validate delivered features through UAT, field feedback, and operational metrics
• Drive integration with EHR/EMR systems, service platforms, and IoT ecosystems
• Partner with DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Track and improve KPIs such as uptime, response time, MTTR (mean time to resolution), and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program delivery
• Strong understanding of healthcare customer service operations (support workflows, ticketing systems, field service)
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of IoT / connected devices and edge-to-cloud architectures

• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of customer service workflows in healthcare environments
• Ability to balance technical depth with product and user experience focus
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, operations, and clinical teams
• Data-driven decision-making with focus on operational efficiency and customer outcomes
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive product from concept to delivery

Benefits
