Role Description

Work with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and the roadmap.

Identify and document business requirements to fulfill the Roadmap initiatives along with acceptance criteria and work with Technical Leads to capture the technical and non-functional requirements.

Prioritize features based on business value, technical complexity, and customer feedback.

Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
-
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate with other Technical Product Owners to prioritize features and resources across various bodies of work.

Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Lead Initiative Kick-Offs, Progress Reviews, and assist with knowledge sharing during Refinements and Sprint Planning sessions.

Monitor and analyze product adoption rates and key performance metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
-
Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and market insights.
-
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor and other KCF leadership staff.
Qualifications

Prior experience as a Technical Product Owner or a similar role in a software, hardware, or analytics development environment preferred.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).

Superb communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Solid technical background with experience in software development, web technologies, and cloud platforms.

Proven experience managing several large projects with tight timelines effectively.

Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience working with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other similar software development tools.

Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar related field preferred.
