[Hiring] Technical Product Manager @Nexiva

Role Description

Own technical product areas — analytics, AI/care platform, or patient identity & demographics — defining strategy, requirements and roadmap, and partnering closely with engineering and data teams to deliver.

• Define product vision, roadmap and detailed requirements for a technical/data-heavy product area.
• Work directly with engineering and data science on scoping, trade-offs and delivery.
• Use data to size opportunities, define metrics and measure outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders across clinical, operations and business teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience.
• Prior engineering/data science background.
• Experience with AI/ML, analytics, or identity/MDM products.
• Healthcare, claims or EHR domain experience.

Requirements

• SQL.
• Python (familiarity).
• AWS (awareness).
• Comfort with SQL for self-serve analysis; understanding of data/AI systems and cloud (AWS) concepts; Python familiarity preferred for technical fluency with engineering teams.
